Shipping policy

Our Main Courier — DPD Local (UK Orders)

Our primary courier for all United Kingdom orders is DPD Local. Please note that while we aim for next-day delivery, every order is subject to DPD Local's daily collection schedule. If your order is collected after the cutoff time, it may not be picked up until the following business day — however, once your order has been collected by DPD Local, it will arrive the next working day.

Important: Every DPD Local delivery requires a PIN code upon delivery. You will receive your unique PIN code by email or SMS before your parcel arrives. Please ensure someone is available to provide this code at the point of delivery.

Order Processing

At Vugari Store, we process orders within 1 to 7 business days. Orders are shipped using express, fully tracked and signed services, including Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, or DPD.

Shipping Days

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays. Shipping times start from the date you receive a shipping confirmation email.

Accuracy of Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Vugari Store is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or invalid addresses. However, we will assist customers in resolving issues with carriers for lost or delayed packages if the address provided was correct.

UK Orders

Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: We offer a FREE standard delivery service. Delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days, depending on your location. All orders are sent using a Tracked and Signed Service.

Delivery estimates begin from the shipping confirmation email date. While orders often arrive earlier than these timeframes, please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us regarding your order.

International & EU Orders

Customs Fees and Duties

International customers may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Vugari Store is not liable for customs charges or delays caused by unpaid fees. If customs fees are not paid, the order may be returned to us, and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Delivery Times (DHL Express)

  • EU Orders: 1 to 3 business days
  • Non-EU International Orders: 1 to 4 business days

Delivery times vary by location. Customers will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of their shipment.

Returns from Outside the EU

For returns originating outside the EU, items must be labelled as "Returned Goods – No Commercial Value" to avoid customs fees or delays. Vugari Store will not be responsible for delays or fees caused by incorrect labelling.
