Refund policy

Options available:

  • Return the order for store credit equal to the full order value

  • Exchange for a different size or item of equal or higher value

  • Exchange for a lower-value item and receive store credit for the difference

Conditions:

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original tags/packaging.

Exchange and Refund Process:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm whether you would like to proceed with a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of return approval.
  3. If the exchange involves a price difference for a different size or model:
    • You will be invoiced for the additional cost.
    • The exchange will be dispatched upon receipt of payment.

Price Adjustments:

  • If the price of the item has changed at the time of the exchange, the current price will apply.
  • Payment for any price difference must be completed within 14 days of invoicing. If payment is not received within this period, your original item will be returned to you.

Return Shipping Requirements:

  • Use a tracked and signed-for delivery service when sending items back. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
  • International Customers:
    • You will be liable for any import duties incurred when we receive your return/exchange.
    • Additional shipping costs will apply to international exchanges before dispatch.
    • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations:

  • To cancel your order, email vugaristore@gmail.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already been fulfilled cannot be cancelled, and the exchange and refund policy will apply.

Restocking Fee:

  • Orders returned with value more than £750 will be subject to a 10% restocking fee during the refund process
